I've had a camera in hand since I was 7 years old and my father got me a 110 camera for Christmas that year. Growing up, I was the designated picture taker and throughout junior high & high school I took photos for the yearbook & school newspaper. I decided to pursue a degree in photojournalism at Stephen F. Austin State University.
Over the last 10 years Iv'e not only photographed my own children, but many other families as well as couples, graduating seniors and several weddings. I'm well versed in Adobe Photoshop and have had countless hours logged in the darkroom developing film & photos. I've shot with a 35mm film camera like my old Canon AE-1 Program & Canon Rebel 2000, as well as a digital SLR like my Canon Rebel XT and Canon EOS 40d.
A little about me...
I'm a 32 year old stay-at-home mom to 3 crazy kiddos & married to my soulmate for over 12 years now. When I'm not out shooting photos & chasing after kids, I'm usually playing around in photoshop, doing some digital scrapbooking, or I'm curled up with whatever book I happen to be reading at the time. I enjoy movies, music, books, bonfires, good conversation, playing games & hanging out with friends.
